Your information
Privacy notice
Draft for ICT and management review. This is not the final approved event privacy notice.
Guest entry is disabled. Normal web server access logs may still be generated. No analytics, marketing or offline content caching has been added.
Optional browser notifications
When enabled by ICT, you may opt in from More. This stores a browser push endpoint, encryption keys, consent version and timestamp. Notifications may appear on your lock screen. Permission is optional and can be withdrawn from More or browser settings. Push subscriptions expire after 90 days unless consent is renewed; stored delivery records and backup retention must follow the approved policy. No guest profile is required for notifications.
Proposed guest service
The live app is intended to ask for your name and offer optional organisation, department and contact details. Acknowledgement of an approved, versioned notice will be required before details are saved.
Your private guest session
A secure browser cookie will be used to access your own details and feedback. Profiles will not be public. Ending a session will revoke access on that browser; it will not delete the stored profile. Clearing cookies or using another device may create another profile.
Feedback and replies
A rating and optional comment will be editable for each guest profile. Contact for a reply must be explicitly requested and a contact method confirmed. No marketing consent is included by default.
Retention and deletion
Deletion or anonymisation 90 days after the event is proposed, not yet approved. The final notice must confirm retention dates, access rights and a verified deletion-request contact. Backup copies will expire according to the agreed backup retention policy rather than disappearing immediately.
Before the live service opens
- Approve the final privacy wording, notice version and responsible contact.
- Confirm hosting, access permissions and the retention policy.
- Publish instructions for access, correction and deletion requests.
